I like flowers and their classic place in still life paintings. In this painting I wanted this classical view while at the same time practicing my throwing technique and using as few strokes as possible. I did a few paintings that failed and this one portrays the living energy in flowers that have been cut and are rapidly dieing. I see it as a very positive painting, a reminder a how fragile life is.

Editions are Limited to 30 half size prints and 5 full size prints.
