This was a typical October day with the bright sunset casting long shadows. It feels strange to me that at this time of year it can be quite hot in the sun while the shadows are really rather cold. A similar feeling I get when sitting under one of those gas lamps. It was this difference in warm and cold that I wanted to capture in this painting, which is probably the best known landmark in Budapest.

Editions are Limited to 30 half size prints and 5 full size prints. Pre-stretched prints and the original can be hung directly.
