Waiting

WAITING, OIL ON CANVAS - 2009 60cm x 90cm

I've been out of my studio for a few months and this is my 1st painting in my new space. It always takes me a few pictures to get in the swing and especially when I'm in new surroundings. This is from a sketch I did last year while wondering around the back streets near Notting Hill. I wanted to capture the light filtering through the tree, with the guy waiting for his companion to come out the house.

At the moment I am offering 2 sizes of print and will apply an acrylic textured coat to all the limited editions. 5 full sized, 20 mid.
